The aromas of sweet corn, earthy spices, and tingling chiles welcome customers to Austin’s Nixta Taqueria before they even have a chance to order food. It’s an invitation to enter its world that only increases when dishes are delivered to tables. A post-meal walk through Nixta’s backyard garden reinforces the olfactory pleasure.
