On a chilly afternoon in late February, 11,000 people poured through the open doors of Austin’s Moody Center to watch the University of Texas women’s basketball team host Mississippi State. UT dominated from the start, heading into halftime with a 32-point lead capped with a buzzer-beating 3-point shot from the team’s star forward, Madison Booker.
