According to the beloved grocery chain, H-E-B is once again saving our collective (H. E.) Butt. As cyclosporiasis rapidly spreads throughout the country, Texans’ favorite grocery store has been marked safe, so far. The company said in a July 11 tweet that no H-E-B produce suppliers have reported cases of cyclospora, the parasite that causes cramping, bloating, and “explosive” diarrhea when it infects the human intestine via produce tainted with feces.An H-E-B spokesperson confirmed the supplier information to Texas Monthly, saying the company will continue to closely monitor the situation and encouraging shoppers to wash their produce…
