In the back corner of the cavernous livestock barn at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, 31-year-old Daniel Franco runs through a mental checklist of his wardrobe. He has his crisp, white shirt; a cropped suede jacket; fitted pants under leather chaps with a hand-tooled floral design; ankle-high riding boots; and a chocolate-brown satin moño, or bowtie.
